Have you tried to whitelist your ip?
I had not [prior to your comment] since it's only meant for login in without the authentication part, but my issue is not being able to "completely" use its explorer and wallet.
- Just finished doing it for the sake of your comment, but nothing changed.

Or do the login from a new device using your own ip?
Yes, I've already tried that before [same result]... For what it's worth, I only care about their explorer, as opposed to their wallet [I can't remember when was the last time I actually used their wallet].

@Royse777
Any update on your issue?

I heard reports from some people saying that blockchain website is not working good with vpn services.
You must mean the entire website, right? But then why would a block explorer need to block VPN IP ranges? It's not like they have an account system with special APIs for them.

And if it's just for the web wallet, that's even more nonsensical, because it's a non-custodial wallet so there is no additional benefit gained from blocking VPNs (people can just import inside another wallet).
I have a somewhat similar experience while I'm using my own IP instead [this wasn't the case back in the day]... "Sometimes" I can view transactions with my own IP, but the same can't be said for "this" page and I just "recorded a short clip" that shows I can't access some parts of their wallet with my own IP.

I can't comment on blockchain, but I have noticed that my VPN doesn't work with blockstream.info at times. First time it happened, I thought it was a problem with the site itself, but when I noticed it a couple of more times, I tried with the VPN turned off and I could visit the site just fine. It's been a while since it last happened though.

The situation was weird. I knew a part of the email, I was aware of its password but I did not remembered the email, I knew parts of my location and the device I have used to login. Plus a couple of transactions. They helped me out by pointing out the parts of the email id that I didn't know, and started slowly the recovery process, but it was a long way, 1.5 years with replies every 2-3 weeks, I had nothing to lose so I kept insisting.

I have recovered 0.7 btc from a wallet I almost knew no details using their support.
That's a positive outcome but also worrying at the same time. What did you know and what didn't you know about your wallet? I am just trying to figure out what information they managed to retrieve for you and how. And if it's data they supposedly shouldn't know or have access to.

Blockchain.com have suffered from various critical bugs and vulnerabilities in the past, and their support are completely worthless. Add in the fact it is a closed source web wallet, and I don't understand why anyone still uses them.

I can find nothing online for the error message you have been shown. It sounds like it is trying to derive private keys at the right derivation path but for some reason it isn't able to. I would suggest trying the process from another browser, but if that doesn't work then your only option is to either wait for support to respond and fix it or to export your wallet via your seed phrase.

Regardless of how you get this resolved, you really should get all your coins off of that site and in to your own wallet.

I didn't know if already tried this, a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) might be your browser has a problem, I have doubt also that you were already aware of this.

Trying to reach out their support is wast of time to be honest.
AFAIK, it's your luck if they will answer quickly but usually, no one gets answered from them, this is their common problem its a lack of CS.

I tend to agree with all responses above, this wallet isn't worth it.
It's better to export your wallet to Electrum if you have a coin left there.  There's a lot of thread in a marketplace section (Service Discussion > Web Wallets) about blockchain.com, they are buggy wallets that are not worth it to use.

Any suggestion from anyone would be nice. Trying to reach out their support is wast of time to be honest.
I tried searching the internet for this error but I didn't find any results so far.
You can try contacting blockcian.com support and sending them this screenshot, but I suspect this could be related with your browser, or IP address and location used.

Do you use it as a block explorer or as a wallet? Either way, I think you've got reason enough to stop using them.
Several hours ago, I was trying to search for a transaction using them, but I was not able to access the site without an error message, in general, it is now working for me, so I seriously considered using alternatives.

Agree with above about blockchain.com wallet not being good.
You can always get your seed words and recover your wallet to electrum.

Obligatory question, any reason you who has been here forever and knows about all the other options for wallets still uses blockchain.com?

They are not evil, just incompetent.

People already said that the wallet is a piece of thrash you should not use, but I'll get to that error and one wild guess would be that it may be related to the change address.

So one idea would be to also send the change specifically to an address of yours if you haven't yet. (But again, I may be completely wrong.)
And as said, maybe you send, at least the change, directly to another wallet Wink

Have you tried to clear the cache? If not try it first then if it didn't work try to login on incognito mode or private mode on firefox then try it again.

If still does not work try to use the app as suggested above but if still doesn't work your last hope is to import your backup seed to another wallet that support BIP39 like Electrum.

Maybe you should try it on blockchain.com wallet app and see if it works.

People have always complain of blockchain.com wallet, I will advice you to import the wallet seed phrase on Electrum, I think you know this already but just saying.  Grin
