The worst Bitcoin Buying system ever I have seen on the Blockchain wallet. Although likely they will not scam you but they will harass you definitely. By the, I think you got answers why your fund isn't movable. But seems your wallet is not synchronized very well and that's why many features aren't visible there. Are you sure your internet connection is good or your browser is up to date? It shouldn't happen. I can't understand why other wallets synchronized well and only problems with the wallet that you bought Bitcoin. Any just try to contact support although their support system is worst ad well. Just avoid blockchain to buy Bitcoin and look for some other reliable exchange that isn't too complex.

AFAIK when you buy bitcoin on blockchain.com it will be freeze on the trading/exchange account for 3 days at least to 7. You can't transfer that amount to your normal wallet yet.
It's 14 days holding period if the OP using ACH upon purchasing Bitcoin on Blockchain.com.

If you recently bought crypto via ACH instant transfer, your purchase may be subject to a holding period of up to 14 days.

And the reason is,
To protect your account and to ensure the integrity of our trading system, we may place a hold on funds leaving the platform. This hold period for funds from ACH transfers is necessary so that funds have time to clear. Rest assured, your funds will be available for withdrawal as soon as the holding period is up!

It's really frustrating to wait a long time like this, that's why for the beginner, this web wallet isn't recommended to them because it made confusions.  The reason that can create heavy traffic to their customer support is also has a poor response.  I suggest when your Bitcoin arrived, transfer into the non-custodial wallet, for example, Electrum wallet for safe and convenient to use, which has you have full control of the key.  Not a very buggy web wallet.

my walled value says 0 but I already bought a little amount of BTC before I sent a lot more money from my bank account
if I try to click on options and watch my Profil I get this

If there's nothing happened after 7 days then contact your bank and make a dispute I don't know if it's possible to make a reversal request on your bank but it should worth a try.

Once you get your funds don't ever try to use their service. Coz if you will give a try to check most of the issues here its all about blockchain.com shitty service. Good luck.

You can double check your transactions, maybe you used lower fee and transaction is still not confirmed.
According to Blockchain.com website you can have only one wallet associated with your verified identity, and you can only use that wallet for swapping or buying and selling cryptocurrencies.
If you have multiple wallets and you are not sure which one is verified try using their reminder tool:

Other wallets can be used for holding Bitcoin, not exchanging it but I don't recommend doing this.

u can creat more than one wallet with ur email so I can request blockchain to sent u all ur walled ID's this one worked fine
i i logged into my walled this shows up

I try to buy some BTC from blockchain.com and i have a few problems with this website
after after identifying my self I sent money from my bank account to blockchain.com after this the websie don't load anymore and I get a lot of error around all options on the website if I logged in to another wallet on blockchain.com all works fine
I have already opened a ticket but no sign of life for days from the support team
does anyone of you have similar problems with this in the past or at the moment ?

Maybe you should make some screenshot and post it here to better explain your issue, but I think you can only have one account there and multiple accounts are not allowed.

You should first double check and confirm if you are using real blockchain.com website, then bookmark it in your browser to avoid some cloned phishing websites.
I have account on their website but I am not using it any anymore, I don't recommend people to use it and I know their support is replying very slow, so don't expect fast reply.
I remember there was some coins in my account that magically went missing but sum was small and I never contacted support again about that.

Hey guys im new to this forum and I hope this is the right one

I try to buy some BTC from blockchain.com and i have a few problems with this website
