Ok, thanks.

Does this mean it's fixed? It comes off that way since you didn't ask anything more...

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
The image does not show the individual coin balances.

And when I then click on "maximum funds" there are only ca. 57,- Euro available.
Is that what you have on bitcoin? If so then that is the only value of coins that you can withdraw.

Please post a proper image balance of the balance if you need help. Otherwise you are trolling here with a partial image. Roll Eyes

A couple things to check:

As nc50lc has suggested, are all the funds on the correct wallet?
Also, are all the funds in bitcoin? Although your total balance is 7,708 euros, that is the total of all your coins. If you want to to send more bitcoin than you are holding, you will have to trade something else for more bitcoin first.

If you are on the correct wallet and have enough bitcoin, then it is a problem with the blockchain.com platform. Your options at that point are either to contact support and ask them to fix it, or use your 12 word back up phrase to import your keys in to a better wallet and make the transaction from there.

Is all of your funds in that selected wallet "Meine Bitcoin-wallet"?
Because if it's in the other wallets, you need to select them each from the drop-down menu.

Otherwise, it's a common blockchain.com wallet bug which involves "wrong displayed balance".

BTW, this thread will be moved by mods to the right section.

Ok, thanks.

And when you click to use maxim, what happens?

Howaby € in that bitcoin wallet do you have - it's cut off the screenshot.

Hi!

Thanks for your answer. I have about 7700,- Euro in that account and when I want to withdraw 1000,- Euro I get that error message. And when I then click on "maximum funds" there are only ca. 57,- Euro available.

Hello!

I have a problem with my blockchain.com account and can't find any help and customer service is not answering for days...

The problem is that every time I try to withdraw funds I get the message "Not enough funds - please use maximum". But I have enough funds in my account (see as well screenshot).

Has anybody experienced the same problem and has a solution?

Thank you very much!
