Hi,

That's exactly what I did, after downloading the app, all problems disappeared. Virtual money appeared again on the account when using both: mobile application and desktop webpage. All the frozen buttons became functional again... strange but most important that all works correctly now.

Thanks
Good to hear you recovered your funds by downloading the apps as I suggested above. But I am curious to know how are you managing your funds lately. It's because on the web wallet you might face the same problem in near future, so this is not the right way to manage your funds. I think it's better to buy a hardware wallet if you can afford it, otherwise at least use an open-source non-custodial wallet where all the access of your funds will be under the control of you, no one else can handle your fund nor any option of the wallet will disable. I think you should take the lesson from your past mistakes and do not repeat the same mistakes in the future.

Curious how old exactly is your account. Did your recovery phrase originally had more than 12 words? AKA legacy wallet/pre-HD wallet. I've seen cases with similar interface problems like yours and I remember they created their account before blockchain.com transitioned to their latest HD wallets.

most recent:
I have always held my Bitcoin in a blockchain.info wallet. When I started buying XBT in 2013

....when I log into my wallet using a Chrome browser on a PC, only part of your screen appears on my screen. So I am not actually able to sign out or scroll to the right or down (for example, to change the language).

By any chance, I must suggest transferring your crypto asset to other wallets, not on the web wallet.  For free, open-source wallets are far better than you currently use.  Electrum (https://electrum.org/#download) wallet is the most suggested wallet for free, save and store private key separately on the computer or write it down on a sheet of paper and make some copies so that you won't forget.  The best of all the best wallet is a hardware wallet,m if you can afford to purchase it I must say, please get one for you.  Here is the [BIG LIST] Hardware wallets (80+).

You have been given a chance and you're still lucky enough you get your Bitcoin back and access your wallet.

What way were you trying to use for logging into your account?
Was it through a web browser or their app?

If you have only been using their web version please download their app and try using it and see if it works.

Or perhaps they want you to undergo KYC verification?

Web wallets are the worst forms of wallets one can use to store crypto.

No, I didn't hear such as issue about blockchain wallets. We have been noticing many complaints regarding blockchain wallets nowadays. Do you have funds in your wallet? Can you check all of your addresses and check if there is a balance on explorer? Have you tried to log in with apps? I have seen Blockchain have apps linked on their website. You may try it if works for you. Otherwise, you have only two options as said above. Either you have to contact support or export your seed phrase and import somewhere like Electrum.

Here is the guide on how may you backup your wallet. Try it if you have all the access to your wallet. How do I back up my Wallet?

Just as o_e_l_e_o commented, it will be better to move your funds out of web wallets, although your keys or seed phrase may be encrypted, but the fact also still remains that it is actually on a database, the weakest wallets are web wallets, if you want to go for online wallets, Electrum is a good choice, you can download it from https://electrum.org and use this guild for its signature verification.

If you have much amount of bitcoin, then you can go for hardware wallet like Trezor which is completely open source, you can add passphrase while generating keys and addresses on Trezor which will make the physical attack on such wallet not to be possible because addition of passphrase to the seed phrase will lead to the generation of different keys and addresses entirely which makes the physical attack not possible because the seed phrase will only be revealed while the passphrase is not stored on the device, it will generate new keys and addresses which will be entirely different from the keys and addresses that only the seed phrase will generate.

If you have checked the faulty accounts on multiple devices and browsers, and you have created a new account on one of the same devices which is working normally, then you have effectively excluded a local issue with your device, browser, ISP, etc. The issue then must lie with your blockchain.com account. Since the account is owned and operated by blockchain.com, then contacting their support will likely be the only way to resolve this issue. Good luck - their support is utterly terrible, just like their wallet.

Do you have the seed phrase for these two wallets backed up? If not, can you access it by going to Security -> Backup funds? The direct link to the Security page in case you cannot click on it is: https://login.blockchain.com/en/#/security-center/basic. If you can access your seed phrase, then restore your two wallets somewhere else and transfer the funds out to a better wallet than blockchain.com.

Hi,

I have the same problem on two blockchain.com accounts - total balance in top left corner, prices and many other options are not available - in place of data I have pink(?) rectangles which cover the place where data should be. Even the sign out option does not work... I checked that on 3 different PCs, yesterday and today.
My BTC account is 0 when I check details in Wallets&addresses, however it wasn't in the past. Accounts are few years old.
Because many options are not available (sign out option not working too) I can't check any details.

Have any of you ever met with such situation?

I created new account to check if the blockchain.com is just down and it's not - I have all options available for the new account created. Only the old accounts are ...like frozen?

I appreciate your advise in this matter,
Thanks
