It seems Ops matter has been resolved and its time for the thread to close. I was actually looking forward to read about how he was able to get hold of his balance because from his image, the 'archived' section is something that needs to be harnessed successfully to conclude that its not what led to the issue of missing balance and since OP didn't further update, it should be interpreted that the error likely came from him.
To others, while its not advisable to leave funds on a web wallet, its also good to have a better understanding of the workings of the wallet and exhaust all options to reach the customer care centre of the web wallet providers before creating a thread which might sent panic to others who have some funds on the platform.

Go to your dashboard and see how much you really have at the top right portion of the browser. It will show the total amount of the current balances you have for all the wallets you've created.
The wallet portion you have in screenshot only shows the other wallet you have so it will definitely show the current balance it have. And you can check each wallet by pressing "manage" and show used address button, something like that to see how much balance you have for each wallet. Otherwise, this is very usual with blockchain.com, they always show bug.

around 3 days ago i had all my online savings on a blockchain.com wallet. Suddently my balance went from 3500€ to 200€ and most transactions of NOV-DEZ are missing.
As i see over my logs and blockchain all funds are still on the different address but those address are not anymore added in blockchain.com.
I tried to export the seed and add it in electrum but it only shows the balance/transaction of the first wallet in Blockchain.com (but i got all the money on the second wallet).

Maybe you removed the adressess from your wallet ID.
You should request a backup of your wallet(s) by first asking the to send all wallet IDs attached to your email using this link:
https://login.blockchain.com/#/reminder
Check if you are looking at right wallet, you can have multiple accounts.
If you forget password to any it is still possible to download the backup JSON file.

Are you sure of the balance using Block explorer? Did you rig the wallet settings?
I think you archived some of your old addresses so it did not appear as a balance.

Generally, after checking that these addresses have a balance, check to see if these addresses belong to your seed/wallet.
Settings >> Wallets & Addresses >> click on Manage >> Scroll down to Used Addresses >> Show

Blockchain.com's multiple wallets in the settings uses the "account" in the derivation path.So just a little bit adjustment to BitMaxz' reply is needed to restore your second wallet.
Use: m/44'/0'/1'/0 instead of m/44'/0'/0'/1 which is the external/internal (change) account.
Alternatively, you can contact their support as they are quite buggy after the website upgrade.
Can you provide all the addresses you used for Nov/Dec transactions ? It's not possible to went from 3500 to 200 without submitting any transaction .
Let me guess, in blockchain.com wallet, you maybe seeing the total of your wallets (btc+bch+eth+..) displayed in your dashboard and this balance may drop if one of those tokens drops. Please make sure you are not confused between electrum wallet for bitcoin and blockchain.com wallet for btc+eth+xlm+bch .

What are those NOV/DEZ transactions ?

Yes im sure. Like said the balance was 3.5k for months and suddently it went down to 200€ without the BTC getting transfered from the addresses.
In some new transaction (which only show up in that time) it shows Change address in blockchain.com

By exporting the seed to electrum, you should see all the funds in all addresses. What do you mean by "first wallet" and "second wallet" ? Any way to access the funds?
If you own the seed then you have access to all balances in different addresses. I hope you didn't somehow send the missing amount to addresses you don't own.
