Can you create a new account, verify it, and receive the 25 USD airdrop?

Or do you need an old account? I would not like to verify my old account, but a new one it would be ok...

SOLVED!

Yes guys, I tried with new account it worked. Thanks. This is bullshit Cheesy

You can create another ticket for that problem regarding your airdrop claim.

https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000210932

I'm not sure why they aren't replying to you because when I do, it will only take few hours before they reply.

I think they are not replying me because they dont know what is the problem too.

I know postcodes Cheesy I am trying 34718. I want to show there is no difference Cheesy
I know it sounds like a dumb question, but did you select "Turkey" as Country (first field) before trying to put your zip code?

I tried your zip code (34718) while the country was Brazil (my country) and it was giving me this error (because it's not in my country's format), but when I selected "Turkey" it worked without giving any error message.

Omg Sad Not same. Also I tried 3 different web browser. That's what I see everytime:

No, I am trying to that for XLM airdrop. Not for buy/sell.

It looks like blockchain is trying to promote stellar and giving away XML for free just found their article from here

If you are having an issue with ZIP code you might be input a wrong zip code, Postal code and ZIP code is not the same.

Check this ZIP code http://postal-codes.net/country-codes/ and this https://www.ip2location.com/zip-code-coverage

No, I am trying to that for XLM airdrop. Not for buy/sell.

There's also a list of supported countries for the airdrop, check it here: https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018751932

Silly question, are you sure the zip code is correct? did you google?

And you could also try reaching out on their social media sites, support could take long to answer.

I am from Turkey and Turkey is avaliable for airdrop.

I'm not entirely familiar with Blockchain.com's verification process, but you're verifying your account so you can buy/sell bitcoins on their platform, right?

Are you certain that your country is supported by Blockchain.com?
You can check here -- https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000804146-What-countries-are-supported-for-buying-selling-

If not, that might be the issue.

Hi,

I am trying to verify my identity on Blockchain.com but it doesn't accept my zip code. It says: "Ooops, address lookup failed. Try again?" everytime.

I tried everyday about 5 days, never worked! I wrote to support team, they didn't replied me.

Is there anybody who have some problem? Is there any solve?
