Hi  there,

My  question is:  on  Blockchain.com  wallet  a  transaction  fee  in  the  last  3  years  has  not  changed ?
Maybe you never know what is transaction fee?

Blockchain.com wallet has three fee types,
1)economy 2)Priority 3)custom

But when you click any one of the fee types you can see the value will change depends on the amount you're going to transact.

Do you mean value in dollars? Or Satoshi?
Generally, the value (transaction fee) changes and if you don't know what to do it is best not to change the default settings even if they are expensive.
If you have time, read more about wallets and try a safer wallet (electrum, greenaddress,...etc.)

If you do not speak English, post on local boards.

Blockchain.com never had stable fixed transaction fees. Their fees same like on most wallets is dynamic and depends on network conditions. Optionally you can choose standard and high priority fees. Also, they allows you to set custom transaction fee.
Usually mainly exchanges have fixed fees for withdrawals, which maybe not even changed in 3 years.

Pretty much because of so much congestion on the transaction and this is on 3 years prior so I think the owner just let it past because the transaction is irreversible so you can not cancel a transaction and basically the transaction is not confirmed yet by miners that want a higher fee for their work, and this transaction is surely stock in limbo,

There can be a limited transaction that can be processed in a certain time frame because block size is limited and the transaction is really congested, Bitcoin is in demand right now that is why back on that 3 years prior to the transaction fee increase as well.

Always best to set your own custom fee. As the post above says they only recalibrate their fees every 10 min. In 2017 I had to wait ages for a couple of confirmations due to blockchain.com not setting high enough average fees during the epic bull run & spam attacks.

Transaction fees in this wallet are recalculated every 10 minutes (or something like that) according to network congestion, to make sure your trnasaction is confirmed in the next block or blocks (according to the priority you chose)

If the network is congested you will pay higher fees.

So, in the last 3 years, it changed about one hundred times a day.
