Try contacting them on twitter, they seem to be more active there: https://twitter.com/AskBlockchain

You can confirm it's legit by checking it is linked on their official twitter's profile description: https://twitter.com/blockchain

And please, be extremely careful with this. Always triple check you are replying and reading from their real twitter account. Scammers may try to impersonate them and DM you, or reply to you with "AskBlockchein" or similar, asking for confidential data. Do not trust anyone, and be extra paranoid.

They are probably taking too long to check your tickets because of the bull run. Bitcoin price rising = more people = more issues = more support tickers = more time. Also, their support naturally sucks. So it's the bad getting extra bad.

This is one of their last replies:

Yeah it seems like a big pain for sure, I have written them now on all canals I can think of, thank you for the tip and  link, I double checked just to be sure this time...

Being stupid is one thing of course, but to me it appears they stole my funds or locked my wallet.

- Funds are still there
- No reply on support
- Sudden stop of auth mail (worked before perfectly)
- No hack, all of my stuff is in full control

At this point I may have to assume they stole all my money, there is no evidence to think otherwise.

I can prove all funds, all transaction, all mails received until not. Funds still in the wallets and therefore wallet id.

What to think otherwise?

-snip- Sadly I do not have anything else to recover the funds than my mail account, like a seed or similar…
Blockchain()com calls the seed phrase (BIP39 seed) as "Backup Phrase". Does the term ring a bell?
It's the 12-word backup that you can retrieve in the "Security" section while you're login. (of'couse you can't retrieve it now)

BTW, I've tried to login my dummy account just now and I immediately received the authorization email.
Try logging in at this hour.

I once used blockchain wallet for storing small amount of bitcoins. I remember facing the same issue few years ago (when they were known as blockchain.info and provided you with your own private keys! I don't know why, but they don't do that anymore. Though you get your phrase which can be used to backup your wallet)!
That wallet sucks. It's one of the first wallets I signed up for alongside Coinbase I think around late 2016 but never got to use it due to the same verification email problem. Luckily, I never had any BTc in there, so, I never got to use it and instead opted for mycelium and then later Electrum.

If OP manages to access the wallet. He should switch to other noncustodial wallets in a procedure I suggested in an earlier reply as soon as possible. He will also be able to access his private keys any time he wants from wallets like Electrum.

This problem of blockchain.com is really common, I even experienced it by myself luckily I'm not in a hurry to send funds but it was back then, I changed wallet after these lots of negative experienced with them. All you need to do is to wait minutes and do it again after several times. Sometimes you can log in using their mobile app and its way more convenient than using the web-based due email auth.
Once you done with this I suggest to use electrum, trezor and electrum is a good choice since you can connect your trezor to your electrum (desktop only).

All failed, different browser tried and app of course as well. Nothing arrived in my inbox...
Years back I had the same issue but I didn't do anything other than waiting and I guess after few days I tried it and the authorization message carried at my mail. From that I moved to the real wallets like electrum.

Dear community,

-snip-

TL; DR: Blockchain.com/info wallet not receiving authorization mail anymore, no hack

I once used blockchain wallet for storing small amount of bitcoins. I remember facing the same issue few years ago (when they were known as blockchain.info and provided you with your own private keys! I don't know why, but they don't do that anymore. Though you get your phrase which can be used to backup your wallet)! I wouldn't receive my authorization email. I had the application on phone installed too but had sms 2fa enabled. Didn't receive any sms. I was locked out from my own wallet for more than a day. I tried contacting support. Received a reply after few days saying that everything is working fine and I am accessing my wallet. LOL. Of course I was able to get into my wallet after a day!
You can try creating a new account and see if that account receives the email or not. If it doesn't probably an error on their side.
Sorry missed your last post. Probably an isolated issue that happens quite often.

Quite stressful. You should stop using web based wallets like Blockchain wallet and instead opt for wallets like Electrum where you have full control. If you manage to log into your account here is a procedure of how you can import your account to electrum

I saw some article from their support center. Maybe try reading through it: https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000937726-I-am-not-receiving-my-authorization-email

Yes I got quite some bad feedback after my experiences about this provider, I read the article and did everything as suggested but there are still the same issues. I have whitelisted all domains for that but still same issues, and support still no response. I already expect some copy paste answer there ... :-(

Thank you very much, I will try the suggestion with the app, all other I already did.

Secondly what I tried just to exclude a major technical problem, I used same browser and IP etc. and created a new wallet to see if mails arrive there, it was also protonmail I used. All was going fine there. So it seems to be an isolated problem right? I have no guess how to look at this otherwise...

Will update you guys as fast as I can!

After day one I wrote support which hasn’t replied yet which makes me uncomfortable.
Their support is amongst the worst [it'll surely take a very long time for them to respond].
- You might want to try your luck by getting their attention through their "twitter account" as well.

TL; DR: Blockchain.com/info wallet not receiving authorization mail anymore, no hack
Few suggestions:

  • Try using a different browser or incognito mode.
  • Reset your router.
  • Check in spam folders.
  • Use their app.

Someone else with a similar issue:

Early today I tried to log back in & rec'd the usual message to check my email for 2FA link.  No email.  Tried again several x, no email.  Saw on social media several others saying that Blockchain is not sending them 2FA links either.  Filed a couple of support tix.  One said I could reset email & 2FA.  So now Blockchain is using a different email address (I have access so no big problem) to communicate.  Still no email, not in spam folder & not in inbox.

Solution:

Sorry I'm making this a monologue... I *was* able to log in to the wallet using the app.  I had to log in with the wallet ID & password after clicking that I didn't have access to my camera.

Thank you very much, I will try the suggestion with the app, all other I already did.

Their e-mail services is probably bugged. What you could do is probably wait and try again, or keep sending e-mails to escalate the issue. It would be better if you export your private key and/or use another wallet as soon as possible.

I tried it now and I opened it in my browser everything went fine. (I'd old account that I never use but it seems fine)

Provably you are using PVN or check your internet speed it might you have a problem there. Check your balance through that site, if your fund was still there then, you are safe from hacks. Try also a hard refresh on your laptop/PC (Ctrl + F5) blockchain.com wallet is very buggy, probably you need to do that. If not working, no one will help you here, keep trying to contact their support, they will respond to your issue but you need to patiently wait.

The web wallet is sucked that's why I never use them, prefer to use Electrum or Mycelium wallet for free installation than the web wallet.
If you check it here, there's a bunch of complaints towards them. Most commonly, technical errors.

Dear community,

I am quite new to this whole topic, please bear with me if there occurs a certain naïve tone/thinking on my side.

I stepped in this space few weeks ago, before I read and created some ideas how to prepare and work myself into it. So I was informing about blockchain, wallets etc., there was a lot of course but I think I got the basics.
Moving on I was excited to get my first Bitcoin and it seemed like a great investment at that point of the current price so I purchased a few and was rewarded, so I went in a bit more to me a significant amount…

I already waited for my secure wallet, a trezor, and meanwhile I stored my funds on my blockchain.com wallet with the intention to move them into the trezor as soon as it should have arrived.
At this point the online wallet was fine with receiving the authorization mail to use it, it was quick and convenient.
All was fine until I wasn’t receiving my 2FA mail anymore. First, I thought it’s a bug, happens with SMS and similar quite often I can tell, or there is some technical issue. After day one I wrote support which hasn’t replied yet which makes me uncomfortable.

In the meanwhile, I was checking whether I got hacked or there were any marks in my system that could interrupt me from receiving the mail, nothing, all IPs in my mail account are from me and login times are matching as well, there is no mail of asking to deactivate or change anything (but that could have been deleted). I checked their support thread about this issue and all those things like whitelisting the domains have already been done by myself beforehand. An additional fact is also that my funds haven’t been moved by anyone (I think a hacker would move asap the funds out). I only get support tickets. What I don’t get are system mails related to retrieving the wallet ID, authorization mail and resetting 2FA (gives me an error for that).
All those things are giving me the idea that there is a technical issue towards my account but no other interruption. Sadly I do not have anything else to recover the funds than my mail account, like a seed or similar…

I really do need help on this topic, maybe here is somebody who has experience with them or can even escalate this issue to them. I have a support ticket number of course. It would be highly appreciated if there is anyone or anything that can help me from the community side surely. I just need to receive my mail again, there were no changes from my side. Its quite a significant amount that would hurt admittedly big time to me. I consider to distribute some of my leftover funds to a person that can help me here.

I feel stupid, but I boggles my mind how this easy a situation can turn into so bad because of this, maybe there is a way out.

Here are some proofing pictures that I regularly received the mails without any issue and the last one:
