Check it here https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/, scroll down and you will see they says "The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 310 satoshis/byte"

It's worth noting that it is based on what they calculate as a 90% chance of getting confirmed in the next block and is significantly higher than some other sites recommend using. In a situation like we have had over the last week, when a very large mempool is slowly being cleared, I find that bitcoinfees.earn.com recommended fee is very slow to come down. In fact, watching it over the last few days it has been 10 times higher than what would have been a sensible fee to get into the next 2 or 3 blocks.

Please don't trust any fee estimation that blockchain.info provides as it is too far from accurate. The amount your sending doesn't matter. What matters is the current network condition and the size of your transaction as these decides how much miner fee is sufficient. So If your transaction has too many inputs and/or if the network is busy, your fee will increase.

For fee estimations, You can use https://bitcoinfees.earn.com l https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx Please note that the recommended fee will always change as its proportional to the current network condition which is also changing.

Buy Yah. If you want to avoid paying high fees and you're not in a hurry. You can use the following transaction accelerators:

Antpool [An account is needed - Free registration]
Viabtc [Your transaction should have a minimum of  0.0001BTC/KB (10 sat/byte) included fee]
Confirmtx [Only transactions under 400bytes are free]
