They already gave 10BTC to a guy for creating the millionth wallet. It was all over reddit. So what you have here is a phishing attempt.

They are asking your mnemonic seed, so they can recover your wallet and steal your funds.

It's completely fake, dude.

With your email address and mnemonic, the recipient will wipe out your blockchain.info wallet.

You can also prove it's fake by looking at the headers of the email. You'll see that it was not sent from an actual blockchain.info mail server.

I did a BTC transaction today and some hours later i received the message :
"We have reached the biggest milestone in our history – over a million
wallets.
https://blockchain.infowill celebrate with some big prizes.
In October 2013, the lucky user who created the 500,000th wallet was
rewarded with 10 BTC.
Read more about this:
http://www.coindesk.com/blockchain-winner-10btc-bitcoin-wallet
We have discovered that you created the wallet with number 1.000.000
Blockchain want to reward you with 50 BTC.
To prove that you are the rightful owner of the lucky wallet,
please reply to this email and send us your mnemonic ( the long string of
words generated randomly when your account was created)
After verification, your wallet will be credited instantly with the 50 BTC.
Thank you that you have chosen https://blockchain.info
"

My question now is this , is this mail genuine or is this the hand work of hackers / scammers trying to hack into my account ? Do i risk the security of my account by sending the  Mnemonic to them?
Please i would appreciate your advise. Thanks
