Yes, I know.

I have asked them to put a BIG DISCLAIMER up so these threads dont keep propagating, they havent and here you are Smiley

And I would have been here even if there had been the BIG DISCLAIMER.

kinlo's blockorigin is way more accurate

They're completely different things. Blockorigin is an obviously delayed summary of what pools say, so it's degree of affidability is the same of the pools'. Neither more, nor less.

Blockchain makes a real time effort to guess blocks relayers. Of course mistakes are possible and common.
Since there has been a super strong correlation in a set of mistakes, I've posted here.

No big deal, life goes on. Smiley

Blockchain.info has been completely missing "50 BTC" blocks for a week or so, if I'm right. Looks like all these blocks have been assigned to Deepbit.

Isn't it a bit strange? Sounds like something that can be fixed. Or am I wrong?

So Deepbit has had lots of false positives... and since Deepbit has also used many new IPs lately (I mean: more new IPs than usual, as far as I can see), the whole situation is a big PITA. Sad

Why this situation is so important for you ?

Hopping. Smiley
However, as a hopper, I find fair to cope with some difficulties.

BTW, this site is providing real information about our blocks: http://blockorigin.pfoe.be/blocklist.php

I know, but it's useless for hopping.

I find strange that blockchain.info is missing all the 50 BTC blocks, giving them all to Deepbit. I thought of an error during an update of its IP database, or something like that.
