Watch out for the API call limits though; if you're going to need more API calls per hour you have to inform blockchain.info about it.

Thats right, but a good Script doesn't need so much Api calls.

But when the Casino grows, it can be a thing you have to think about.

It'll just be a basic High or Low gambling site. Do you know how many API requests I can make per hour? I can't seem to find it on the Blockchain's page.

The Limit per IP is 3600 API Request per Hour. Blockchain is Counting in 8 Hour Blocks.

You can Request a Api Key here.

You should build your Scripts with the possibility to add a API Key later.

ImhO there is no problem to use it, if you use it right.

I use the Blockchain API on every Script and make Addresses, Invoices, Paybacks or get Exchange Rates.





I see, thank you for the input. Is it better to use it or would it be better to use Bitcoind?
