Did you used their API? Also did you send too many requests to them?

What kind of requests?

Also op you should mail them about this error your issue will be resolved or try using proxy now.

Do you have static ip address?
I don't know, maybe he checked tons of address's balances at the same time or in a short time.

If they banned for checking addressee the thats a very bad reason but this makes no sense ?
He said checked a lot of addresses in a "short time" like using a script to extract addresses and their balances. That may send a lot of requests to the website in a short while. Some things could have been mistaken for a dos. Change your IP to get over this.

That's basically CloudFlare Protection ,so you probably was doing some DDOS Attack on the website ?
If not maybe you are simply using Tor browser or a proxy .

Can you explain that why does blockchain.info bans people?

I believe they mostly block IP's for DoS attacks.

Can anyone explain this? Huh I'm a normal user.

Never saw someone getting banned before. Provide more details about what were you doing before you got banned?

Are you using Tor/VPN/Proxy?

If not, maybe your ISP shares your IP among multiple subscribers, or maybe someone on the same subnet got banned.
