4 days ago I made 2 "medium" deposits(I was charged €4.065 for each one). My phone was charged but I never received the bitcoins. I made request to support 3 days ago but have not had any reply.

Maybe larger transactions are treated with better service or something.

Based on this experience I would advise anyone else to not use the service.

I have been using blockchain.info in conjunction with fastcash4bitcoins.com and I would only have good things to say about them.  But that is just my experience.  And I have to use a web based wallet service because I'm not sophisticated enough for anything else Sad

The prices should be enough reason for you stay far far away.
Literally charging almost twice what they should.

I tried to use the barclays PINGIT phone app once that is suggested by blockchain...for no particular reason, my £10 deposit never showed up in my barcalys PINGIT account...i tried again a couple more times, resulting in £30 taken from my bank account, but no funds in my PINGIT account.

After around 10 frustrating, repetitive and hopeless calls to the Barclays PINGIT call centre, they still never managed to find out what happened, in the end I had to report it to my own bank as a fraudulent transaction before I got my money back several months later!

Its ironic as the only issue I have had after numerous 'anonymous' transactions using bitcoins was with the supposedly trusted barclays bank!

Aside from the shitty prices, is using this service a bad idea?
Can they scam any more money from your account in any way?
Is it trusted?
I'm a complete noob, so sorry if this is done to death or doesn't deserve its own thread
