I used to have a legacy blockchain.info wallet which had BTC in there.
I used 17 word phrase to restore my password to this account after blockchain was updated to the new wallet.
I know that there is a tool which lets you export your blockchain.info's private keys using the recovery seed, perhaps someone can point you to it.
Just insert your words on https://iancoleman.io/bip39/
---snip---
You have plenty of options, just get the privatekeys on iancoleman.
If I'm not mistaken, that 17 word phrase only work for restoring access to blockchain wallet
it is by no means compatible to BIP39 recovery seed, but the new bc.info wallet does have a BIP39 mnemonic seed

I think you can find your old bitcoin address in settings>preferences>Archived Bitcoin Addresses and click the show button you must see all old bitcoin addresses there ...
did you create a new whole wallet or just upgrade? (upgrade = new 12 mnemonic seed)
if simply upgraded, old wallet addresses should be there somewhere,
you can try what BitMaxz said and check all your old BTC addresses there
you need to extract one by one those private keys because legacy wallet bc.info is not HD wallet

BTC price road to $80k
I think you can find your old bitcoin address in settings>preferences>Archived Bitcoin Addresses and click the show button you must see all old bitcoin addresses there and you can click the BCH tab and check if your old bitcoin cash wallet is listed on archived and I think blockchain will transfer your bitcoin cash directly to your new wallet, check your bitcoin cash wallet if you receive your bitcoin cash funds from your bitcoin address fork.

Blockchain.info gives you full control over your privatekeys

Just insert your words on https://iancoleman.io/bip39/

After that, copy your privatekeys or scan the QR code into a new wallet.

For example, you can download coinomi wallet on your mobile and scan all the private keys QR codes using your bch wallet.

Or you can try to insert the words on Electrum cash
Or the privatekeys in Electrum cash.

I think even btc.com has a webwallet that supports bch.

You have plenty of options, just get the privatekeys on iancoleman.

Hello everyone I have a problem, can anyone help?

I used to have a legacy blockchain.info wallet which had BTC in there.

I used 17 word phrase to restore my password to this account after blockchain was updated to the new wallet.

Upon logging into my account blockchain moved my funds into a new wallet but this new wallet doesnt contain my BCH.

I have asked support any they say they cannot get access to the old account.  So tell me how they were able to transfer the BTC from one wallet to the other?

I can still see the BCH in the old legacy address for blockchain but when I log into the account and look at archived addresses this address is not here.

They swept the BTC funds from there into the new one, but did not transfer my BCH.

Any ideas?

Blockchain.info has, as far as i am aware, no access to your keys and thus it is impossible that they transferred your funds to a new adress.

Perhaps you or blockchain.info by default changed the layout of your wallet to only show BTC balances?

I know that there is a tool which lets you export your blockchain.info's private keys using the recovery seed, perhaps someone can point you to it.

(After which you have your privkey you can simply import that in electroncash or similar, if there is any BCH balance at all it should show up)
