Is there a problem with the UK banking side or is this just maintenance?

Hope it works so convenient!

All deposit methods are enabled again now (Refresh the page and re-login if the buttons are missing).

I'm aware of this problem and trying to contact Ben for help getting it resolved.
I have also not been able to reach him,  but I am sure he will address this issue ASAP.
I'm sorry that the only thing I can do at this time is ask for you to wait a little bit longer.

Hope i dont lose my money
You can reduce that risk by importing your private key into another client as a backup in case the site is down.

Nothing to do with missing coins etc, he is waiting on a pingit deposit that should have arrived a while ago, just like me and a few others...

piuk seemed to be having intermittent problems yesterday, too, as the receive API wasn't always responding. Fortunately it's motivated me to improve error feedback for my users.
Good luck, piuk - sorry about the stressful ending to a great year!

I can load the web site, but their bitcoin node(s) appear to be down, which means their wallet isn't working and they're not receiving new block or transaction data.

its not down, it accepts TCP Requests (SYN, ACK, SYN-ACK), the webserver is just laging as shit so either its waiting for some background process to complete or its being DDoS'd. so right now its strugling Tongue

Whatever you did, it's now working. BTW, what was it I was hunting when I discovered it was down? Now I have to start my day all over again to figure it out.  Roll Eyes
