I was able to send coin to my blockchain wallet just fine, but when I click send the "to" field will not load. It loads if I choose Etherum or BCH, but never loads (waited 15 minutes, rebooted, changed circuits) if I click to send bitcoin.

I am using tor and have even tried enabling JavaScript. Please help!

I've encountered this problem multiple times and this is my solutions (google chrome / windows 8.1):
1. close my browser.
2. open cmd (click "window + R" and write "cmd" ).
3. wirte"ipconfig /renew".
4. colse cmd ---> open browser ----> clear cache.

about tor i also have some problems with javaScripts.

Wow.. just another complaint about Blockchain.info wallet.. i still can not understand the real reason of why a lot of people are still using it like a "normal" wallet.

It is plenty of good wallets on all the internet, as well as there are good offline wallets too who are 10 times more safer than blockchain.info . I had some troubles on the past, they freezed my wallet with 0.15 inside (btc was at $2100 by that time, so it was dust for me)

Have you tried to use and open the wallet on a normal browser? Maybe it works.

Can you share the TX id or public address of the concern wallet you have used to transact the fund. So that we can able to check and assist you better. If you find Jquery page error you can report that support team to resolve the issue.
For alternative, you please clear the cache of the web browser and try again.
There are people plugging the VPN in their browser, so that time you will not get into the site with connecting the VPN to the browser. Check whether it directing to https://blockchainbdgpzk.onion/ this fake site or not. It means you gonna get hacked buddy so be safe.

Many users experiencing this issue, even a some button/textbox can't be loaded, devs might be really lazy that they cant fix this bugs. To tell you blockchain.info is not secure to store your BTC funds, if you still can't send your funds after changing your browser to chrome, clear cache and check your internet connection then I suggest to move on to electrum like what's the first reply said.

Can you try to use chrome browser instead.? its should be fine if you use the default browser than using the tor browser.
Also can you check your date and timezone if its set correctly maybe this is the reason why the page is not load properly and check the tor logs..
You can find the tor logs destination randomly check below.

Code:
\username\Application
  Data\tor\log\ or \Application Data\tor\log\

And hope you could find the reason why blockchain page not load properly..

It could be that there's not enough bitcoin confirmed in your wallet and you need to wait for something to confirm. Do you definitely have enough funds in your account and confirmed. Can you post the addresses youre trying to spend from and the amount you are trying to spend?

Failing that, import your wallet phrase into electrum (you should be able to find a guide for this) - get electrum from www.electrum.org/#download.
