I never trusted blockchain.info, their support is terrible.

I know, the address generated by blockchain.info that I had to send to now has 1674 confirmations. Wish someone from blockchain.info would at least say something or address support tickets.

10 days since I put in my zendesk support ticket and still "awaiting assignment to a support agent".

Wow this is ludicrous, Ive seen the remaining BTC move out of the shared address and the shared address is now gone from my account but nothing has shown up...

Currently out over 3k due to this "bug" or whatever it is....wish Piuk would have better customer service.

I am glad you got yours!  I keep seeing if it went in, it will come out eventually.  Unfortunately I'm still waiting.

I'm having the exact same issue missing almost 35BTC...only half came through the other side even though I can see that the full amount was sent with 80+ confirmations to the shared address. It's going on 48 hours now for me.Any update necomon?

I also have a ticket open with blockchain.info and have heard nothing.....

I would think people would be hesitant to use a service where apparently you can lose money and no one will respond.  Still waiting.

RECEIVED MY COINS AFTER 48 HOURS! SO PLEASE FORGET THE PROBLEM I MENTIONED

Currently I'm having big problems with Blockchain.info shared send function.
I'm waiting now already more then 24 hours for more then 5 BTC to arrive at my address when already have more then 100 confirmations.
I did some testing with small amounts and 50% of 8 transactions comes through almost instantly and the rest just never arrives or at least hasn't arrived yet, I paid all fees. I'm using Tor as my browser.

I saw people saying sometimes it takes 48 hours, but OP is already waiting for days now and no response? Isn't it time for some major concerns?
I already heard someone saying in a different topic that there seems to be some issues with the shared send function.
What is going on?

I know for sure it wasn't a problem on my side due to copy/paste and double checking the right addresses were entered.  Programming?

By sent to another address, I mean when the transaction had 6 confirmations (from my wallet to the generated address), the generated address sent the btc to another address without the service sending untainted coins to the destination address (which I clicked on "Copy address to clipboard" button on multibit and double checked the right address was entered).

Hello everyone!  6 days ago, I used send shared from blockchain.info and proceeded to send my btc to the generated address from blockchain.info.  An hour after I sent my btc to that address, those btc were sent to another address and I still have not received my btc.  I am getting a little frustrated since I can now see there haven't been any posts on blockchain.info's facebook page since March 29 (no response to people's problems posted there.)  I see Piuk finally logged in to here on the 21st after staying away since the 14th of this month so I figured I'd see if I can get a response here since my support ticket (#8060) on https://blockchain.zendesk.com has been waiting to be assigned to a support agent for 6 days now.

I just want my 1.999 btc back, even though it may not be a lot of money to some people, it is a lot for me.

Has anyone even been able to talk to anyone from blockchain.info since the 14th of this month?
