Well I havent received my BTC yet throught them. 180$ gone. Not only problem but least trustful webwallet i've ever seen.

Exchanging fiat --> cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency --> another cryptocurrency in blockchain.info are powered by a third party which is why if you ever encountered any problem concerning your exchange, you can also contact them aside from blockchain.info. But before that, you should have a clear gist of things which is why you should provide more info regarding this e.g. transaction hash, did you exchange fiat to crypto or what?? etc..

this problem happens to me last Sunday:
I have 130$ balance and try to send 100$  to another wallet.
The problem was with transaction fee a wallet gives me Reg: 270, Priority: 618. (166 sat/b or more is recommended.)
I try to send it using 100 sat/b so that get this error.


my solution:
Send it with Priority fee (it works with me).


That's my solution too, when you are sending don't lower the fee, go with priority because it will be confirmed immediately. Don't regret the fee you are paying because that will give you headache of slow confirmation in the network if you'll lower it down.

If the low fees amount is more than 100 Sat/B you have to go with the concern fees only bro. If you want lower than that you will find the error on validation or you will not able to make the transaction.
Always going to recommend normal fees is fine option to make the transaction faster without fees delay. So please check and make sure about it you have normal fees to get the payment done to destination wallet on the expected time.
You mean the recommended fees = concern fee? If that is so, no that will still give you a problem of delay. Your transaction will be on the network but it will not be confirmed that quick.

There are some similar problems with blockchain.info wallet in the last few months, fortunately, I have left this wallet provider before it happens.
It seems they can't keep up with too many demands as newcomers tend to use this wallet as a start in bitcoin-world.
Better to use electrum wallet or hardware wallet such as Ledger Nano S.

After registration on Blockchain.info I have only problems. It was the worst my decision to register there.

Today I tried to send some amount from Bitcoin wallet. I received error "Validation error .......":

This is a problem on their side and they're the only ones who can solve it. You can try sending a support ticket about this although I'm pretty sure they are already aware of this problem since I've seen lots of similar problem in the past few months.

In the meantime you can import your wallet to Electrum. (Download the latest version as vulnerabilities were found in the older versions)

*When electrum prompts you to enter your seed, Click options and tick the BIP39 Seed Box

*Please note that when importing, your funds will be accessible on both wallets which is why it's highly advisable to transfer them in a new wallet (with different seed/PK's) once the network has stabilized to avoid high fees.

I am using blockchain.info as of my hot wallet for a long time.

So far I haven't faced any serious problem except logging difficulty (2fa email) only once.
And when I contacted support, I received almost instant reply with the solution.

Blockchain.info is a very busy site, so sometimes it may show some error and I think its very rare.

Well, what I told you is just my experience with them, but I am not tech guy who can solve this.

This is my 2nd time to saw regarding blockchain.info wallet issues regarding on conversion. Not totally logging in problems but on the site exchange between coins. Im not too familiar if they do have an input bar regarding on refund address once transactions would possibly failed up due to not able to make it up into the counter.

I hope blockchain.info support will find time and answer on my ticket...
You cant do nothing but to wait up for them to respond. Its quiet odd that they didnt able to answer you back for about how many weeks after you have make successful conversations.

recently I got info from my friend if Blockchain is experiencing server interruption in due to change server API v.1 to v.2 without warning first. so some of the transactions generated by blockchain experience problems or delays and some even lose funds while transacting.
