If you don't feel comfortable doing that (there are some risks), wait until bc.i has their issue fixed. If you can see the tx confirmed on other blockexplorer sites, it means it's at that address. It just doesn't show at bc.i because of their node outage.
Yeah coins are safe, the bad part is I'm using bc in a web-service.. Anyway, I won't use them anymore.

I thought it shows the tx id in the wallet overview when sending from bc.i? It's been a while since I used it last.
