I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone regarding my btc loss through blockchain.info for a week now.  I have an support ticket that seems will never be sent to a support representative also.  I had also sent piuk a message with no reply as of yet.  Pretty frustrating!

10 days since I PM'ed, no response Sad. Did somebody used their support platform recently?

Hey,

Unfortunately, I have the same problem. I'm trying to reach blockchain.info support since about a month, but no luck. Any idea how long that could take?

The minimum time period for a two factor authentication reset is 7 days after the request is filed.

Hey guys, somehow I screwed up when I was setting up my 2 factor Google Authenticator with Blockchain.  I'm pretty sure I didn't "pair it" correctly & now I can't access my account.  Yes I did backup & have access to my coins via backup file & multibit. My question is how long does it take for Blockchain to respond to a request, its been 2 or 3 days and I've asked them to turn off 2 Factor via a support ticket.  =(
