I got the same message but did NOT send any transaction. It was only for dust and the wallet is pretty much empty.

I just received the same, also did NOT send any transaction.

Apparently been going on for a couple of days.

Transaction Confirmation Failed

Any funds have been returned to your wallet and you can now spend the coins again. Please consider including a larger fee in future transactions.

Of course whatever default fee blockchain.info has I used.

Also the shared coin send feature is not working either for 2 days now, says loadin.

I've been having problems with the website and had some failed transaction with my Electrum wallet but it might be a bad connection.
Here is perhaps a similar thread I just started? https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/sent-7-transactions-via-electrum-and-5-disappeared-459002
