I, too, just received this email for the first time about two hours ago, albeit they wouldn't get much.

i also had some e-mails to reset two way authentication a couple days ago....should be worried???

blockchain login nor behaving as usual, eg no recording my bookmark

I've been getting these email from blockchain.info for the past few days.
