What they mean is that you'll use the account for something suspicious. Is there any difference if you use a new account and a bought account that has a bitcoin address with a huge amount of bitcoin transactions for the mining project that you've mentioned?

Bitcoin Addresses can easily be traced and linked because everything is on the blockchain.

Care to elaborate this "mining experiment" you want to do. A newbie and asking for an account that has 100-300 bitcoin transaction.
