I am talked with support they cant help. I try to login with my first and second password after i entered both they redirecting me to main page without allow me wallet update. Does anyone with big reputation could try to login and check ?
Whoa, what took you so long to reply to this thread?

Based on this, I assume you still know your 17-word mnemonic case, right?
Ive seen that too that he do created this thread since November 1,2017 which is already 7 months old but still he doesnt able to get up for this issue to be resolved and he do bumped up this thread saying the same issue again.
I think they just stole money from inactive account because i cant acces my wallet and i cant recover it because i have 17 mnemonic words but not 12. 17 mnemonic words they generate at 2013-2014 year.
First, do not send your seed to anyone including in PMs.

Secondly, nope, they didn't. They just stopped supporting the old wallet source code since April2016 and shifted to the current one which had broken the backward-compatibility but....
blockchain.info has provided a link where those old wallets can be recovered, here it is: https://blockchain.info/wallet/forgot-password
That's not totally "forget password" as the link stated, it can also recover legacy mnemonic phrases.

Lastly, I got a handful of responses received with the same issues and their answers from google-search.
https://blockchain.info/wallet/forgot-password similar link given when you tried to search up on google. Havent you tried this link op?

I think bL4nkcode above have enough reputation for it, since he do escrow service too and looks trustworthy. Try ask him, or wait another people that have bigger reputation come to this thread. However, always be careful, since you should keep your login information private.

I have been in communication with the team over a similar issue whereby I was able to access my legacy imported wallets with the second password but the same password was unable to be applied to the wallet generated by blockchain.info.  I have a fair amount in that wallet which was transferred as recently as start of 2017, I was also able to withdraw from my imported wallets using the second password as late as June 2017.

Their answer is not just unhelpful but also degrading and I m going to take legal action against these guys to make sure when they upgrade next time they do this properly.  If anyone would like to join me in this petition and possibly lawsuit against them, please PM and email me at [email protected]

Update - I have received a response from blockchain and they are currently looking into it.

I created my wallet in May 2013. Recently was having trouble logging in and finally was forced to do a wallet recovery.
Good to know that you did recovered it, have you use the recovery phrase/12-mnemonic words for recovering it?

Yes I used the 12 word phrase

After the wallet recovery I had a new wallet address and my funds along with the original address are no where to be found within the account.

Yes all of us who are using blockchain.info does have new wallet address and it keeps on generating a new one. But how did it happened that your balance wasn't there, it's such a big bug.

Correction there were two wallet addresses associated with the original account. One is considered primary which is recoverable and the other appears not to be. The one with funds was not considered primary and therefore doesnt populate after recovery. On the new platform these are imported addresses or alternate addresses. If you import an address you have the private key already. On the legacy platform it was a originally presented as a wallet to spend from and one to store in both were generated within the Blockchain dashboard. The storage wallet is missing can not be recovered from backups on the new platform.

Contacted support on multiple channels and have yet to get a response.

Usually when I'm emailing them with my problems they are responsive for an hour or two.

Received a response, two days. I understand this is an extra ordinary problem.
Since this was huge chunk of my life savings Im not doing to well.
That's why if you are saving that much use a wallet that you hold the private keys.

I do understand this, it was foolish not to have acted sooner and I intended on moving most of it to Exodus.   This account really wasnt worth all that much until this year and Im not worth that much on a whole.

If anyone is in a similar situation please contact me and if anyone can assist in recovery Ill make it worth your while.

Believe this all stems from the migration from the legacy platform.

It's quite a bug that you can't see the balance? or have you ever tried to look at the history of transaction?

Its odd if I log into the acct I can see transfers I made from the spending wallet to the storage wallet many years ago. On the block explorer however there is no transaction history. Querying the storage wallet it shows its balance intact with not activity since my last successful login. What bothers me the most about the whole situation is that the wallet with the funds would display by default when I logged in. So it never occurred to me that the other one was primary to the account.

I already wrote to all, that i do not have problems with my passwords. I login with first one and when it asks me to continue to update wallet i enter second password and after it blockchain.info redirects me to login page again. I wrote to support they are not reply to me with solution to solve the problem , just common answers like reset password and etc. I think they just stole money from inactive account because i cant acces my wallet and i cant recover it because i have 17 mnemonic words but not 12. 17 mnemonic words they generate at 2013-2014 year.

(in case this has not yet been fixed here is my same experience)
it is the wallet file issue (the file blockchain.info stores on their servers) I have had this issue with a testing wallet (old one before they switch to this new interface) it was legacy wallet and I had imported some addresses with huge number of transactions and double spends. it was for testing and stuff anyways.

being big and full of these transactions prevented me from upgrading it to the new version from legacy and I had the exact same issue as you had, meaning every time I logged in, I was dropped out to log in page right after I saw the wallet main page.

if it is important to you, as in if you hold any bitcoin there, then contact support and ask them for help. you may even have to get the wallet file itself and decrypt it yourself using some other wallet (don't know which one works now though, before it was multibit classic).

You just said that when you login the site or the login page freezed and there's no error alert pops up? Like theres an email authorization alert?
If you have the seed or the private keys on your wallet then you can still recover it. Let us know if you still have it.
My login pase is ok, when i logged in i got popup screen to update wallet i click continue and i enter second password, after it i am waiting for new screen with 12 mnemonic words but it not shows me it and in 30 seconds site redirects me on main login page. I try lot of browsers same result.
You only need to input those 12-mnemonic words, the question is are you able to write it somewhere? How many bitcoins you've got there? If there is no bitcoin on that wallet, don't waste your time from recovering that account as it's very easy to create another wallet.
As you have observed op did really try to recover that wallet then big chances that there still some bitcoins left on that wallet for sure. The situation being mentioned isn't really a bug after all because you might forgot your correct password or have some problems on logging the right informations. The best thing to do is being suggested above which the only way to recover that wallet is on the 12 phrase needed.

You seem to be right, I'm still waiting for the reply of OP if he's still not able to log in with his blockchain.info account. But silence means something was sort of fixed already. And if things aren't working out with our suggestion, there's no way for us to help him but to get some help from people working on blockchain.info.

I can see it also that way that he has some serious balance on his blockchain.info wallet. And he used blockchain.info since 2014-2015 and I think he's not aware of the changes.

You know the changes happened somewhere last year if I'm not mistaken, those mnemonic words should be recorded for your own recovery.

Try to contact the support as they are the only the can help you with your situation.

So, in short you have the 12-word mnemonic words, am I right? If yes you can recover your account and you can create a new email and password, and off course blockchain will give you a new wallet id use to log in. Go here and paste your seed. https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/recover

Nope i have wallet from long time ago i think around 2014 too and have no problem loging in. Try sending an wallet ID to mail and login with it.
I am telling that i do not access it from 2014-2015, i access it now and its not allow me update to new one. If you used it from 2014 its ok but i do not use it for long time and now when i try to access it its not allow me to do it. Understand ?
