You can import it in another wallet using your recovery phrase and it won't cost you even a single satoshi but your wallet will be accessible on both sides (the original wallet where it comes from in this case blockchain.info and to the wallet you've imported it to). It should be fine as long as you're the only one who can access it though.

*If you're gonna go with electrum make sure to go with the latest version which is now at 3.0.5 and encrypt it with a strong password as there is some vulnerability found on the older versions which affected users who've got no password/weak password in their wallet.

If the problem is on the blockchain network then everyone regardless of which wallet they're using should be experiencing the same problem but from what I see, this problem only exist on blockchain.info users.

Need some spare btc for a new PC

That's the problem I'm facing right now, I have about 10$ and can't do anything with them, can't send with any sat/b (works with 6 sat/b but surely that's not going through with the confirmations) I can't even send $0.3 on 10$ that I have right now.

no untill now nothing works .
and i didnt try the tip that the last user advised me to do because i personally think that it will not work because the probleme is on the blockchain network not the blockchain.info wallet ! 'i think .

Here is something you can try but keep a backup of everything so you don't lose access to your main account.

Get that 12 words recover phrase from the site, or the private key if you have bitcoins in an imported address.

Open a new browser, use these words to register a new account or retrieve the account and then try to transfer funds. pretty sure it will work for you.

Well if you're that determined to wait for their support instead, of course you can do that. Just brace yourself for the big waiting game since they are under a heavy load of requests so it will be slower then usual.

And I'm pretty sure I've included their details in my previous post but I'll just leave it again below. To clarify, Filling out the request form is the same as sending an email to them so you don't really need the email address moreover it's specially made to cater the users inquiries so be sure to fill out every field as much as possible since it will help to solve the problem faster.

So rest assured that your coins are safe as long as you've downloaded in their official site: https://electrum.org/#download and keep your PC clean as well as encrypt your wallet with a strong password. But I think a simple google search about electrum will solve your hesitation.

I'm not sure if creating another wallet with the same seed in blockchain.info will solve the problem since it's clearly because of their buggy software. But you can still try it if you want.

Blockchain.info uses BIP39 for its seed and electrum supports restoring a BIP39 seed so it should work. Actually I've tried it many times. Just make sure to tick the BIP39 Seed box

Most likely since the problem is on blockchain.info's side. It should work when you're not in that wallet anymore. That's exactly the purpose of your backup, to access you funds when something happens in blockchain.info

To add on, after importing its better to generate a new wallet in electrum and transafer the funds there since importing weakens your security as your bitcoins are accessible from both sides.

Anyways, About your problem, That is definitely on blockchain.info's side. I think this might be caused by high traffic. The status of their site says its 100% operational even though I can't even view a single transaction in their block explorer.

You can contact their support regarding this but don't expect to have a response in a few minutes as they can be slower than turtles. And I'll bet they will just said the usual response that their aware of the problem and will fix it asap. Here are the links though:

Are you sure that the fee amount + the amount to be sent is smaller than your actual balance in your address? If yes then it's probably the issue here. Also perhaps as you said, when you sent the transaction with low fees it produced a change input that is still current unconfirmed meaning that you can't spend it until it is confirmed. There is really a ton of possibilities and we can't know which one it is, until we actually know what's going on inside your wallet.

So please, get the english version and even try to interpret to us what's happening.

Anyway did you tried to send in lower amounts already if the error still persist? I have a big guess that it's because you want to send larger amount than what do you have including the fees.

Maybe the unconfirmed transaction you paid to someone is the initial reason why you get this error it might be the funds sent was spent already on the receiving address but it still appears on your balance since its still unconfirmed.

And now you're going to send to a different address with exactly $100 and you paid $4 for the fee, while you send $2 to anyone which is still unconfirmed but the total amount you have is only $104.xx

Try to lessen the amount you want to send then try to send again. Please correct me if there something wrong what I said.

Maybe you can share with us the TXID of the unconfirmed transaction with the $2 you sent.

Uninstall the app and install it back again, or try logging in your wallet using a computer and try to see whats wrong. This is nothing to panic about and no, blockchain.info is a not a scam service.

My guest maybe the wallet you use can only send bitcoin if your bitcoin is spendable there are some wallet that you can't send bitcoin if your bitcoin unspendable.
So i think better to fix your old transaction that still not confirm before you can send your bitcoin to other wallet...
Can you share with us what exactly your bitcoin wallet and your bitcoin address from the app you use where you save your bitcoin.

But are you sure that you're not spending an amount that exceeds your balance?
