Support cannot solve my problem and now they ignore all my messages - http://prntscr.com/bfdyei - request number 94882 I have made everything that they suggest - tried another browser and PC, restore wallet using 12word phrase. Is it normal to solve this problem more than two weeks and ignore me?
the blockchain support is as slow as snail,they'll took so many times for just reply to their customers,this problem seems can be solved manually by importing your current address which have balance to another desktop wallet such as multibit,electrum or bitcoin core

I've said this a lot of times: stop using blockchain.info. There have been at least 2 cases of this that I know of. I'm not 100% sure what caused it but people lost money and blockchain.info can't seem to do anything to fix it.
