My problem is similar to the threads here and here.
I was typing the correct password, but every time it is showing the message: Error Decrypting wallet - Check your password.
I tried for some 30 minutes. At last I decided to restore from the backup. During the process it again asked the password and I entered it. This time it was accepted!
I recovered the wallet. Input the same password confirmed my email and logged out.
5 minutes later when I tried to login again... the message is there: Error Decrypting wallet - Check your password.
This is quite irritating. I have to restore from backup every time I want to login?
Edit: I restored from backup for the second time. The login is working (as of now).
