Seems old topic bumped now but it's must to discuss because you aren't alone OP and blockchain.info really has that issue on some wallets, even on new ones. For example I created some wallets in 2017 on blockchain.info but there was one with problems. At first this one was working as usual but one week later I was unable to login. Password/etc was correct, I was even getting email confirmation and it was stating successful authorization but still I wasn't able to login, there was error from their side.
And I want to repeat again, it happened on wallet that was created in 2017, 5 years later than OP created.
What I did was just hang on it because had no bitcoin. But still I'm looking for reasons, why that happened, their support as always is useless.

I have some coins on blockchain.com, but nothing which I cannot afford to lose at any time. Yet when I read something like this I wonder what kind of customer support it is when they just close support ticket without any response...?

samaj72ss, did you try to contact blockchain.com in any other way then sending ticket to their support service? If you have any significant amount of coins do not just leave it that way, try to post in their Twitter or Facebook and force them to provide answers to questions.

https://twitter.com/blockchain
https://www.facebook.com/blockchain

I will try that.

You can also you a github script to download your backup if you have your wallet ID

he said he didn't register with an email, we used to be able to register without one long time ago
since no email linked to the account, he won't have any copy of wallet.aes.json stored in email account
and I don't think blockchain.com staff can manually send it (if the system saved it) to any random email

I missed that, that's a bummer then. In that case maybe he could provide as many details as he can remember convince bc.i that he's the owner of that wallet, browsers he used, IP addresses, etc. assuming they still have the logs. It shouldn't happen either way, it's not his fault they changed their website and some of their old users cannot log in.

I just want to know why i can't login on this specific acoount , i made like 40 something accounts at the same time to do some testing on tipbot i was working on and logged in recently to find out i still have some coins left there that were worth shit then, but now it's a lot of money.
I just want them to at least reply to my ticket, then i will gladly provide them with anything they need.

The change that happened to my blockchain.info account is that they've automatically activated the 2FA. But as you've said that there's no error or any saying. What if this happened to your account?

It seems that all unverified accounts or accounts do not use for a long time been terminated or disabled.

Look at this legal terms from blockchain below this might be the reason why you can't log in with your account.

4.5 Termination. We may close, terminate, enable or disable any or all of the Services, your User Account or your access to the Services at any time and for any reason.

The terms just changed last July according to google cache.

@OP did you saved the mnemonic phrase of that account?

nope, didn't save it.
I just don't get it why would they disable this account , but every other works, they were all made at the same time.

Op has the old wallet of blockchain.com (legacy wallet) so the seed alone is useless as back then it doesn't contain private keys. From what I know you could only get your password through it.

@op, do you still have your backups? the .json file(s)? paper backup?

Nope, no backup

I have no email / 2fa on that account like on others i just put my password and login.
Can you check if you have the wallet file on your email? They'd send it to you after every transaction. Even if you don't have one, or not the most recent one, in the past they would send you the wallet.aes.json file with the wallet if you emailed them, even after having phased out the old wallet system.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
My situation is so weird. My wallet is created Jan.2014 I could not access it in the last 10 months. In the same time, my android app working fine. Now I can access my web wallet on the blockchain.com (withdrew all funds) but my mobile app does not work anymore last three updates. I got a message from there non-exist wallet.
That means that they have different working api to access their server using the app and their website, that's why you can access their site but not on the app or vice versa. But, that could still be good news since you can still access your funds while on the other hand, I should suggest to use different reputed wallet rather than blockchain.com coz of their buggy software.

i had an account on blockchain that worked fine in 2012 till 2013, didn't use it for 4 years. But now when i put my Wallet ID and password the login just spins for a second and that's it. Every other wallet  that i made on blockchain.info works fine except this one, i contacted support 3 months ago and they just closed my ticket without a response..
Btw tried with other browsers, pcs and phones to login , it just does not work. I have no email / 2fa on that account like on others i just put my password and login.

I hope you either have the file so you can decrypt it locally, or that they still have it. Keep contacting them.

Looks like some old blockchain user is having troubles logging in to their old account. Did blockchain never send any notice regarding this one?

Looks like blockchain is stopping support for old wallet somehow.

^ Probably they did not save all data on the old web wallet blockchain.com around 5 years ago. I have blockchain.com wallet in 2016 but until now I can access my wallet using my private key and password. Now, they are blockchain.info but still, I can access it. That is totally weird and also the story of OP above I think the best solution here is to contact their support if your old wallet has bitcoin. I am curious about this maybe after several years I also encounter as what they had encountered now.

@OP did you saved the mnemonic phrase of that account?
I don't have the seed, nor i remember having an option to save it.
he has mentioned no seed saved nor remember having the option
but even if he has saved the "mnemonic phrase", it won't help much in this case
Potato Chips explained it quite clear on what we can do with legacy wallet's "wallet recovery mnemonic"

Op has the old wallet of blockchain.com (legacy wallet) so the seed alone is useless as back then it doesn't contain private keys. From what I know you could only get your password through it.

I dont know exactly the wallet id format when logging in on their website on that year, if the wallet id are different from now, then there's no way you can login using their login page with the credentials you have. Except if you have the mnemonic keys of your wallet, you can use this tool to recover them.

I used api to create bulk wallets and all of them were created at the same time, every other works except this one . So i don't think that's the problem.

Do you have the 24 words seed, as bl4nkcode asked?

With that words, you can recover your funds in any other wallet, even in a new blockchain.info one.

If you have the words, be very careful when pasting it on a website, because those words are your private keys, which allows anyone to spend your bitcoins with them.

Without the words, there is little you can do.
Blockchain.info support is terrible and you will be ignored forever. If you are lucky you will talk to a bot.

Have you tried "forgot ID" or something like that? I would try to generate a new password and see if it work as magically as it broke.

I don't have the seed, nor i remember having an option to save it.
"Forgot id" is useless , since there's no email on account. That's not even the issue, id and password are correct, it just does not let me login, no error nothing.

when was the last time you logged in successfully to your blockchain.com wallet?
have you ever logged in or after 2016 to get it upgraded to a new HD wallet?

Last time i logged in was like 2013-2014.
I didn't login to others as well and they are working fine.

I think there was someone with similar problem a couple months ago, try searching for it

he has a legacy wallet (pre-2016), it's not an HD wallet yet
