Thank you. Im very much hoping that they are able to assist me somehow.

It appears the issue may be that the account was created on the legacy platform in 2013. The new platform only recovers a single wallet address unless the user had specifically backed up the additional wallet address as well as any imported addresses.

When the backup was made on the legacy platform there was no option to backup up additional addresses. It was a single backup for your whole account identifier. I believe the address is still in the backup data somewhere however the new platform is unable to recognize it being there as well.

Wish me luck in trying to convey this to support. Ill post updates and start increasing the reward as desperation kicks in.

If anyone has a proper contact for blockchain.info wallet support I would be greatly appreciative

Synopsis

I was having difficulty logging into my account and it seemed that authorization emails were not being received. (negative or positive). I made sure that no spam filters were in place, etc and even contacted my email provider to confirm this.

I contacted the blockchain and they supposedly changed the email yet I was still not receiving authorization emails. I was given the option to recover my wallet using a phrase.

I recovered the blockchain account using the 12 word phrase successfully however only one of the two BTC addresses associated with the account is displayed. The bulk of my funds are stored in the other wallet address and I can see the funds are intact.

I have a private key however it believe its for the smaller balance address and not for the other. Not sure what my next step should be since I havent heard a response from blockchain or have any other actionable steps I can see to take.

If anyone can assist to towards a resolution I will happily reward them.
