Nothing looks messy right now checked with my both browsers (Firefox and chrome). You may have encountered that design bug temporarily and looks like it is gone now.
You can check again or try to check them with chrome.

Blockchain.info's website messed up, from their header, the website body and to the footer. From this links except their homepage and wallet page. I don't think if they are updating or whatever BTW I'm using Firefox.
