exactly, nobody is responding and helping me out, what can I do about this, will I eventually get them or am I being robbed, if it is the latter, should I pursue legal action

Same problem here. I deposited money 41 hours ago and still have not got it. It's next to impossible to get their support people to respond. MTGOX told me that someone at Bitinstant had used my redemption code and that they (Bitinstant) would have to issue me a new code. Pretty hard to do when they won't even respond to my inquiries.

Same problem here. I used Bitstamp with a cash deposit and I have not seen my funds. I have emailed support from both Bitstamp and Bitinstant and am still awaiting a response.

I am just saying verify that you cut and pasted everything correctly first.

after you physically look at what you entered and it is correct. Then start with ZipZap. Did they send you an email saying the transaction was completed?

If so, then go back to BitInstant or whoever and see if they sent you an email saying they got the payment from ZZ and they sent the BTC to your address/account.

I would first verify all the information from BitInstant or whoever you initiated the transfer to check what info you gave them for the account or wallet address.

I depositted $328 at the Wal Mart Moneygram today to purchase bitcoins through blockchain/ZipZap cash deposit and I've done it a few times before, and it took an hour or so to deposit into my wallet, but today I have yet to get them and I deposited money 7 hours ago, I've emailed ZipZap once notifying them that I haven't received it yet. Is there something going on that is making it take so long, or should I start pursuing getting my money back?
