Ok, thank you. Do you know what files, folders I need to copy over to the new Armory datadir?

You need to specify a different directory for armory's data. What you specified was the bitcoin core data directory, which you need to set as satoshi-datadir, not just datadir.

On the latest version of Ubuntu 64, I did a fresh install of Armory 0.93.2 (since updated to 0.93.3), and ran it specifying a datadir "/DDWD-xfs-0/PMBC" which was empty upon first launch. I restored a paper backup without problem, then did let the sync process run to completion. Since, Armory gives a BlockDataManager Warning: "DB failed to open, reporting the following error: Failed to open db /DDWD-xfs-0/PMBC/blocks (is a folder)".

I ran Bitcoin- Qt to check the integrity of the database, but it doesn't return any error.

Here is the content of the datadir:

Directories:
blocks
chainstate
database

Files:
bitcoin.conf
bitcoind.pid
blocks-lock
bootstrap.dat.old
db.log
debug.log
fee_estimates.dat
peers.dat
wallet.dat

Any help would be appreciated.
