According to my notice 2017.12.26 (see above) technical suport wallet Arbolet (sent mBRT to wallet Electrum) veryfied relevant blockchain and confirmed, that  2 payments  sent 2017.09.24  from wallet Arbolet  reached wallet Electrum -  but wallet Electrum was not credit ( only from wallet Arbolet were both payments subscribed). Detail of blockchain noticed in Arbolet:

What do you suggest to do?  I upgraded wallet to version 3.0.5., but  wallet is all the time blocked ?





Try updating to Electrum 3.0.3

Thanks for answer on my question. I upgraded wallet to recommended Electrum 3.0.3 but without positive result.
When I clicked by sending new order on“Verify GA instant“ I get this information:

Do you have your seed?

If so, try to re-install Electrum... maybe it is the fastest and easiest way to recover your funds

They are probably updating their system. Don't worry. Hope this problem solved already. Updating is a continuous process.Sometimes many people do it to update their security.It is good,so good.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM
On 18.9.2017 I sent 10 mBTC to my  Electrum wallet  (see Bitcoin Client) from Wallet 5.43, but I thought the click was not successful and  I clicked again (de facto I sent 2 orders), description of sending (both the same) see Wallet Version 5.43. On  24.9.2017 I sent similar payment (2 x 5 mBTC) from wallet Arbolet (see description of details.
In both cases sent amount were subscibed (from Wallet 5.43 and Arbolet), but not credited to my wallet Electrum, sent BTC are probably „frozen“ in network.
Since this time I tray regulary send BTC from wallet Electrum to another my wallets (Version 5.43 and Arbolet, but unsuccessful), last time today (see Bitcoin Client, see mobile Version 5.43.

It looks to me, the wallet Electrum is probably blocked after first sending from wallet Version 5.43, but I have not strong evidance.

The information you gave us is very sparse.
'Server did not awnser' implies a network-kindish issue. But else.. there is nothing useful in your post. Please clarify 'addressed wallets'.
