It has a lot of complaints on Reddit the same on this issue.

The above was right as most suggested it there, just uninstall and reinstall back, because there's no rollback on the update it will possible for you to back the previous version.  I stopped using this coin tracker app earlier because even the token is delisted on exchange but still I can see on the app, instead, you can use Coinmarketcap or other coin trackers that fully functional to this.

Here's the Reddit thread similar to your issue.
Uninstall and Reinstall did work for me.

Even though Coinmarketcap and other trackers do exist but still not really that as convenient or good in UI compared to Blockfolio.I had been using this tracker for years
and i do agree on what you had point out about those delisted tokens which they might able to improve it out later on.

When it comes to functionality then Blockfolio is much better but well this is only self preference. For op, those recommendations had already solved out the problem?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this but--

After this morning's update from Google Play Store on Android Blockfolio no longer works.  It crashes and disappears as soon as it is launched.  Anybody else seeing this?

I had a bit identical issue that you have - one day, Blockfolio on my iPhone has opened, then crashed and never opened again. Reinstalling app, reseting phone setting did not help? If you dont have an account and synced all your data (amount, trades, dates - I know how this is important) you can count that you have lost all your data. No sync = say bye-bye to all had. There is no way to restore your app.

Most of the time the cause is cache issue. If you get the same problem in the future, you can either try to clear app cache first or just reinstall as you did in your post. It's definitely a mistake on the app package which causes a problem when there's an update of the app.

Looks like the problem is with the blockfolio update. If you look at the newest app reviews on Google play . There are dozens of complaints about the app crashing after the latest update, so it was not just you though you were lucky to get it working again.

Here's how they responded to one of the reviews
