I have used this wallet once when I was new in crypto and trying to access it now and it seems fine and I can able to access my account through an email address and password.  Just try yours through the email address associated with your account.

Upon searching, I have read different reports of scams on this web wallet.
But try your luck upon contacting them by sending an email, https://block.io/contacts.

The secret mnemonic you have isn't a wallet seed. It can only be used to reset the pin code in case you lose it.
Besides, you can't restore a multisig wallet with only one seed.
Unfortunately, if you can't access your account and did't back up your private keys then you can't restore your wallet and you will have to wait for block.io's reply.

I tried to recover my account thru email and it worked (there's a forgot password option). Maybe it's faster if you try to recover the email connected to your account?

Website is loading and it's not dead for me.
Not sure why would anyone would use multisig setup with shady online services like this, and there are some scam reports that I can't confirm.
I never used Block.io and I don't know how their registration procedure works, but it's possible that pin is working like a passphrase or additional seed word.

It's not dead, but there is definitely something wrong with it. I tried to make an account to test it and see whether I'm able to recover the funds elsewhere, but I couldn't. My account was locked shortly after creating it and setting a name and country.

@OP I could be wrong, but based on the results I found online (like this[1]) I don't think it's possible to recover your funds, not without Block.io support help anyway.

I have only a secret mnemonic and pin received on the registration process; Ian Coleman/bip39 tools doesn't help recover a multi-sig wallet address.
Is any way to recover funds?

Based on the trust pilot website most of the reviews claims that its completely a scam wallet : https://www.trustpilot.com/review/block.io so next time better user a real wallet than these kind of scammy and shady websites for storing coins.

I guess without having the private keys its not possible to get the recovery seeds correct me if I am wrong.
