Absolutely I don't waste time around this,
it's an exeperience that gived me a lesson and if i can make someone avoid the same,
for me this lesson get more value.

There is someone out there who search already before the put a nose in something, so this is for them as well
they will find a real experience, then is up to them to get they're conclusion

do you know how it's possible and what to do in this case???
Apart from Potato Chips's suggestion, I don't think anyone could actually help you [in this forum] unless you were dealing with one of their staff [they don't seem to have one in here].
- IMO, your only option is to wait and hope that they would grant your request [highly unlikely].
- Avoid wasting your time on such platforms [it always ends like that].

Read the following Trustpilot comment:

there are no Terms and Condition and even the FAQ.
There's a "FAQ" page but it's in an unusual place [question mark icon from the right floating bar].

There's barely any get it for free's today, most of what you see has a catch where you're giving more than the reward they're offering and therefore isn't actually 'free' which applies in your case. Be very careful with them or even better, avoid them.

Are you an EEA citizen op? If you are, some GDPR data protection rights might apply to you. You can get your case investigated thru these means: What should I do if I think that my personal data protection rights haven’t been respected?

Why did you fall into this kind of unknown exchange in the first place?  I didn't dig more regarding them because I'm not interested but as I can see in the screenshot, it's a little bit you're being arrogant to them, whatever the reason for blocking you from their group is we don't know the whole story.  I'm once a moderator of the Telegram group before, most cases of blocking members were that insulting the admin and being arrogant or harassing the admin.

Arrogant in which part? it honestly didn't even occur to me and op's message in the group was even put nicely, or are you talking about the 'Ucha' person? 'cause i don't think that's op, from the start, screenshots were from their account hence why messages are on the right side. The most likely scenario is op got banned bc of asking valid questions that might damage their image.

Is this exchange platform what you mean? https://www.blockzone.com/en_US/

At the first glance, it seems not a professional website, there are no Terms and Condition and even the FAQ.  It's a little bit lousy website to me.

Well for sure, we have different experiences.

That's a red flag though but even though what's the reason it is, you should try to be patient, a moderator in the group is most commonly different from the dev team and it will take time for them to pull out your documents as you've asked.

Just move on and find a better exchange.

It looks shady to me. Particularly because of how they still make it difficult for you to use their platform despite submitting your documents for KYC verification. I was once a user of blockzone but I wasn't too interested in sharing my KYC documents so I had to leave.  The fact that the admins block you from accessing their channel after asking for KYC deletion looks shady too. I don't think there's pretty much anything you can do at this point except praying that they don't use your KYC data for something bad or even sell it to the higher bidder. Like @Upgrade00 already said, no KYC is ever truly deleted so its best to be careful where you submit your details.

Blocking you from the group is a huge red flag, however information put out online usually never gets deleted completely, I assume exchanges keeps a log of it and even if a user requests their private details to be deleted, the site could still keep backups of the information which can still be accessed.

Hi guys want to share what happened to me with blockzone after KYC

The website when you register gives you some coin for task you complete
as deposit,
invite friends,
KYC,
confirm email etc.

I completed few task and completed the KYC

The KYC been checked by physical person so someone has a look to Passport and confirmed manually that it was all valid.

Right after KYC it's disappear task to make coins.

Checking the telegram group a guy wanted to delete his account and cancel the KYC,
the moderator didn't answe and for me this was a red flag.

I kindly ask in the group how to how to delete the account and cancel the KYC, and moderator ask me to write a PM (private message)

In PM he tells me that's not possible to delete the documents...

I shocked ask if he is kidding
is personal data and in moment I delete the account I want to delete all my data included the documents.

He answer he doesn't know just that's not possible.

I asked in chat if someone knows about it.... they deleted me and blocked me

now I ask some of you, do you know how it's possible and what to do in this case???

Thank you and hope to help someone with this post
