I hate to say it, but there's plenty of people here in BitCoinTalk that have threads for tipping and it doesn't cost a cent to join (except any any bets made). Given your source material is all coming from the one website it's likely some are the same authors/tipsters.
following tipsters randomly will cost you money so it doesn't make sense to just follow tipsters because they are free
there are plenty of good free tipsters in blogabet where you can check their stats and the books they are using , but the ones here in bitcointalk most of the times don't even bother tracking their record ( + odds they post aren't verified and can be faked )
I would say it's much better to pay the fee for a professional tipster as long as you can see every single pick that he made in the past , but even tho some of them won't suit you because the majority of these paid tipsters rely on shitty leagues ( matches aren't offered by bitcoin sportsbooks )
the best thing to do I guess is to start with the free ones in blogabet ( but they have to have verified and profitable picks ) then if you want to join paid ones make sure to filter the books they use so you can know if you will be able to follow them
