Theses days (3 red days for the moment) reminds me of previous experience we passed through.
Mt.Gox which I witnessed from far and outside of the forums, then comes a huge fall from $600-500 (huge price at that time) to ~$200 and people started thinking that this is the end of the BTC-world and panic selling. 2 years later we reached an ATH of $18k and soon later we are ½ of it. Crazy. Hope we will recover soon and stop that ~+20% losses in all cryptos

Bitcoin price fall down so hard its value and many need to decided wether to hold or sell. I choose to hold for now because we all know bitcoin market is may go down and may go up anytime. Though in this market that unstable we couldnt tell the exact rate would it be so holding for now is the best.

personally I am not surprised of this big cut in only one day. I think the right price of one btc is around 10k $ .
Price are already to high for a lot of altconis, maybe another dump it's probable in the next days.

There's no right price. Just supply and demand. If there are more sellers than buyers and sentiment is bearish, price goes down. Is sentiment bullish and demand picks up prices move up.
The market doesn't care what you think the right or fair price for 1 BTC should be. That's not how it works.

And yes altcoins took a hard hit. Expect many of them anish within the next few years. But others will pop up. Altcoins are the penny stocks of crypto. People love to trade that and the market will give it to them, whatever the risk or volatility is.

Sad to see bitcoin price is crashing so hard. I already bought coins when the value was 14-15K US dollars mark. But I know this is just another challenge for us and keep believing that it will rise again for sure. What we need for this kind of situation is patience.
Always expect that when bitcoin drops, altcoins are following to fall down.

Its still a great time to buy more coins since the prices are going down, no need to worry it will come back in a few days and after that more will come to you.

Well, a kinda horrific day in the history of the crypto-world. Its casualty not only touched Bitcoin or a few cryptocurrencies but it touched basically all altcoins in addition to BTC.
When watching the top 100 cryptocurrencies, you will see RED everywhere (except only 1 altcoin...from 100!!). The drop in the prices was huge starting from 27% up to +50% and it still continues.
People kept selling and apparently some of them going crazy and panic selling.

My decision is that I will HODL even if the price goes down.
Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise...again!

You are right HODL is the best decision but my regret is i missed the best time to sell when the price was high and buy again so i will have more BTC.don't worry they sell so they can buy again with lower price.that's it.

The one who is familiar with crypto market won't panic on bloodbath like this. This is sell off period and all cryptos are available with over 20% discount. Buy more and hold what you already have, you will not loss if you will not sell what you have.

Yes that's true apparently they going crazy selling because they are afraid to lose.  Despite of this if we keep holding maybe it will get up soon which if we collaborate to hold until the price recover. Cause it will continue to collapse if there are no enough demand of supply.  Unfortunately we need to accept the fact that all currency will down because of this scenario.

Crypto is back on its regular monthly sale. I expect pricing to be better before Feb starts or last week of January. All seems to be down today not only limited to btc but also to altcoins.

Yeah ! Every market needs to have a monthly or yearly sale to gain more buyers. So this is just like that, once in a year there is a big sale happening right now on market.
Let us say NO to selling bitcoins at this time, and YES to holding !! If you sell at this point you may gain some money but you will realize in the future you really made a big mistake.

This is going to be fine in just a few days from now, i do not understand why a lot of people are creating "possible" scenarios for bitcoin in the next few days.

Everything is fine, this current FUD is just a temporary one, and this will end at some point.

Just relax, do not sell anything, and everything will be fine soon

Anyone selling right now is only acting out of FUD, even in the worst case scenario bitcoin should be priced at around $10k right now, it really shouldn't be any lower and any lower is really quite ridiculous. $20k came too soon, that was evident at the time and that combined with all of the latest developments and FUD has been enough to cause this crash. Similar thing with the alt pump, it all went too far. This crash has now gone too far and a recovery to somewhere in between seems inevitable.
