Sucks but I find usually guys presenting evidence to the public to sway their prison sentence or for gain, tend to be colorful in describing their handiwork. Meaning ego or agenda make the story less believable. Not saying he didnt do all this stuff though. Nice read either way.

Just read the article why would he come out now? It is a massive surprise to see he rigs Latin America elections for a living as that could cause severe harm to the country if the person in charge is responsible not just having alot of money.
