Site was around for over 100 days. If you invested that late in the game you need to realize that you will lose your money. 100 days is super long for a hyip it should by no means be considered a scam, the ponzi simply collapsed, the admin did not scam. There is a difference.

Ofcourse no body will receive refunds and nobody should ever expect a refund on their deposit, that would be insane and is not the nature of the game. If you lose that's it. These sites need to be recognized as games and not legit investment websites !
