Yes, I'm an asshole
Hmm... I initially thought this casino never put a step on this forum as I can't find their ANN and representative, but apparently they did have a record here. They held a campaign for... a week before their CM were forced to pull the brake indefinitely due to financial issue. Nonetheless, I'm still adding this to the list, under the no-representative section.

Let me tell you about my horrible experience with Bluechip.io
I know they are not active in Bitcointalk forum but I still decided to give them a shot. I deposited 50 mbtc back in October 2023 and placed NBA bets with it, sadly losing it all over the period of some weeks. All good, those were fair losses.
Then I quit for some weeks and made another deposit at the beginning of January 2024. I placed a bet of 15mbtc on Memphis Grizzlies to win @ 3,40 odds away at Dallas in NBA. The bet was placed with 29-22 score in the break between the 1st and 2nd quarter. Those odds were perfectly in line with the other bookmakers. Memphis had odds of 4,50 to 5,00 pre-match because they were playing without their 2 star players Ja Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr. My bet therefore was a gamble, a risky one. But Memphis held their lead and won the game and the bet was paid out as won with 36mbtc of winnings. But then the next day I saw my balance was back to my deposit amount and to my horror and surprise I saw the bet was listed as cancelled now.
So I went and asked what the reason was and this was their reply:

Dear XXX,

Thank you for your email.

We understand that this situation is quite frustrating for you, however we would like to inform that your bet has been cancelled according to the 1.7 rule of Sports Betting Rules due to the incorrect odds:
1.7. We reserve the right, but without obligation, to void any bet that was placed with incorrect odds (out of sync with the general market and/or erroneous), or to re-adjust such bets at its own discretion, in accordance with correct odds. The odds will be considered incorrect (out of sync with the general market and/or erroneous), if they correspond to at least one of the following criteria:
a) the odds simultaneously create an arbitrage situation with other odds offered by the Company or other bookmakers worldwide;
b) the odds were given incorrect due to the technical reasons and clearly do not correspond to the probability of the outcome of the event/market at the time the bet was placed;
c) the odds were offered on an outcome when the result was already known.*
d) the odds have frozen or have not been updated in the system;
e) the odds do not reflect the current time and/or score in the event.

So, I went ahead and looked for historical odds of other sportsbooks and found out that Betsson had odds of 3,35 (see screenshot attached below) at the same moment I placed my bet. And we all know that (you can see this from same layout) many crypto sportsbooks use the same odds provider and therefore same odds. For example Rollbit, Owl, BC.game, Betfury, 500casino and Crashino (and more) all use the same provider. So I asked around a bit if there were any voids at all on this particular NBA game and the answer was no.
I emailed BlueChip with these proofs and asked them to reverse their decision, but all I got was 2 times the exact same copy/paste of some rules. They were not open for discussion about what was wrong with the odds exactly and also didn't even want to say what the correct odds should have been.
So this is clearly a solistic action of BlueChip to steal these funds from me, hoping that I would buy their bullshit copy/paste of some terms as explanation.
When I was losing all was fine, but the first time I won a substantial bet (although still less winnings than I lost before) they immediatley confiscate it.
I realize I have very little chance to get back my funds so all I can do is submit a complaint at CasinGuru to serve as warning for others and also warn everyone on this forum by saying:

Do not sign up at BlueChip if you want a fair gambling site!
