No i meant that of the new accounts made , what % goes to the altcoin section first to launch a scam?
Can you specify what you mean exactly? You are trying to tell, that people make here accounts to advertise accounts before that specific altoin will launch?
I was just wondering how any new accounts actually still post here before launching an altcoin?
