If you want to get a life please improve your social life , I assume that in your age you have at least 1 friend you need to hang out and talk to your friend go to amusement park or somewhere else with someone you love the most and dont waste time in your house and get a life. I assume that you are young there is much more life can give you , you just need to find and work on it !
When I am tired and boring what I used to do is watch a movie and sleep
go for a run, refresh mind 
Find something you love to do and then find a way to make money from it. Some people love building things, so they build houses and commercial buildings. Some people like pizza, so they sell pizza. You just need to find what you like to do and just do it. Do not let any one tell you that you can not. So, what do you like to do?
Leave the boring concrete of the city and head for nature and try to find a body of water.
