It is important to take care of health, especially today. Personally I try eating only healthy food, do sports and sleep well. Also it is better to reduce stress. And I avoid using medications, but if I don't have another choice, I check the information about pills I'm going to take, even if they are prescribed by a doctor (here Canada Drugs helps me a lot). Speaking about the current situation in the world, The best way to be safe is to stay at home, wear a mask and desposable gloves, clean door handles, wash hands and clothes, drink more water and avoid contact with other people.

Stop getting panic is the first step we have to do, to increase the immunity power and like others said having healthy means can be a solution but I don't advise alcohol as well which may cause temporary illness to your immune power.

I think you've basically covered the main ways of boosting the immunity system. I might also add, drink less alcohol or no alcohol at all, and eat less sugar.

People (especially older people) whose illness is severe, suffer from a lack of oxygen, due to the fact that the lungs cannot work as before. Because of this, oxygen deficiency occurs, body cells do not receive enough oxygen, then a person dies from brain ischemia. To avoid this, you need to make sure that more air gets into our cells. There are basic recommendations for this (it is advisable to use all 3 methods at once): raw plant nutrition (it alkalizes the body), hydrogen water, baking soda. I want to say separately about baking soda (since it is available to everyone). Baking soda strongly alkalizes the body, because of this, body cells receive more oxygen. You can use baking soda even to prevent illness. (since in the modern world most people eat junk food)

Also use royal jelly. This is one of the most powerful immunostimulants in the world.
Also use fungotherapy. I do not know if this is common in your country or not. But this is the best thing that can be done now. Fungotherapy cleanses the body and gives a very good immunity.

The best strategy to boost your immune system is to keep a health diet.
If you are able to consume a lot of vegetables and fruits you will get all the necessary vitamins in order to have a strong immune system. Apart from that, sleeping well will also keep your energy levels high and you will feel strong.

Smoking was mentioned.

Talk to the people that's smoking in your household. Inform them that secondhand smoke is bringing more danger to the people that will breathe the smoke that they create through cigarettes.

It's not being noticed but it's a serious matter too that will weaken one's immune system.

That's right, it's even said that it does more damage to people around smokers than it does to themselves.

Little bit of "quality/safe" alcoholic drink is probably OK.
Drinking lots of hot/warm water with sour fruits work wonders. It does for me!
Fast if you can. You could try 6am—12pm. Break the fast with very healthy meals

Herbs too work great for me

Don't be afraid, only be cautious. Avoid things that cause fear and panic.

Always be happy insideout.

Etc

Just Give your body the right conditions and sufficient "tools" to properly defeat diseases

Yes, I would agree with you of course it is okay to drink some alcohol, but I would say it is not good for the body if you overdo it daily

Since, in this situation, what it is like to have the most important boost in immunity for us who are not infected, we will try to explain some things that I have researched on this subject.
Immunity or resistance is a medical term that denotes an organism's ability to resist and defend against infections, disease, or other biological or chemical hazards.
Some strategies you can use to boost your immunity:
*not smoking
*sleep well enough
*drink if you need moderate alcohol
*maintain physical fitness regularly
*eat moderately
*try to reduce stress
*eat foods with vitamins (fruits and vegetables)

As for the elderly, they have quite low immunity, which is why they are most affected by the current situation.
Of course, there are elderly people who are healthy, but there are some who are very weak and have had various injections and illnesses throughout their lives, and therefore, in the calm of this covid-19 situation

good advice there but remember that if the people has internal condition then they are prone to this virus.

But better follow your advises since those are best way to improve our health and maintain strong to face this virus.

These are very useful tips, but for many, they sound like idle talk, if you do not explain WHY to do so is right.

For example, drinking alcohol can be harmful because the body will be busy removing the by-products of drinking this alcohol from the body. Those. the body will spend part of its resources on this and become more vulnerable.
well you are right it would be nice to see the real purpose of each advice here
however, its basically can't be harmful and even if it is useless - you won't lose much
just trying to be adequate about it, I don't feel like there is much we can change, but not leave our houses

Since I see that they would like to see how some of these things really help us build our immunity, I will do a research so I will post about it.

We need to be vigilant and watch over our own health in order to strengthen our resistance As you rightly said in the case of COVID-1 now vitamin-rich foods are available every day to protect you. And especially greens should be eaten more often That will help increase our immune system Avoid smoking It destroys our immune system.

That's right, there are also other ways that are already listed.

Of course, I'm not a pro at these things, but I'm interested in things like that, and I'm going to medical school, so I did some research and decided to write about it.
