You say 'suddenly stopped working' I take it they were working for a while? If so, how long?

Can you run with just 1 miner connected to the AUC?

You should still be able to access the Avalon GUI (but not see the AUC or miners)- use the Advanced interface. Can you access it?

Try a different USB cable, remember it MUST be one that can 'sync' as well as charge (some USB charger cables are charge-only and do not have the 2 data lines we need).

The detail is that it does not allow me to enter the control panel to find what was the last state of the machines since they do not connect, the converter does not give a signal that the machines are connected. Is there any way to view it from the pool or elsewhere?

The guide and repair documentation for the 841 is here Please post the cgminer API log here (please use the code tag, looks like #) as it usually tells what is going on.

OK, let me tell you if you can help me, when connecting the AUC3 converter to the controller, this marks the power LED and the one that should be marked with the machines blinks blue 1 time and turns off regardless of whether or not it is connected to the machines.

Now when you turn on the machines, the light in the center turns on white, they turn on strong as when they are working and then the fans turn off as if they were in a waiting cycle and the light turns green. All 4 side lights of none of the 2 are seen on.

Sorry if the translation is not well understood I do not speak English very well, I am using a translator.

Check the power leads.
Make sure they are connected properly and maybe even give them a wiggle.

You should also have coloured lights next to the power leads.
Red = bad, Yellow = good.

Of course, the top back light should be blue when it's mining.

Hello friends, I am new to the group and to the world of mining and I write waiting for help, I have 2 avalon 841 miners connected in series, suddenly they stopped working and I see that the auc3 converter does not indicate any connection led, only the led that is on and the machines when turned on remain in a waiting cycle with the back light in green. Is it possible that the auc3 converter has been damaged or should I check the machines?

Thank you very much in advance for the help you can give me!!
