Good monetary policy - a key of success. Maybe percentages lower to 0,01%. Its real. Im dont have a reason for big percentage. Because in MakerDAO system have only percentage for regulation price of DAI. I think this method a dont good. I like combinate a good methods. 

 
I know, but write business plan is a very hard work. People usually write white paper and community think, good project or no. I need, maybe a one good programmer and one/two months to realised my plan.

Now Im write to man, who`s forked a bitecoin and created first chat in blockchain. Great man. And I hope he help me.
I'm not interested in earning, my dream - create foundating like a ethereum foundate or waves foundate or etc. And help a genius. Maybe, I will finance future Satoshi (2.0)   

That's a strong word, but how do you get those percentages down?! In average roughly speaking with 8% until 1%, this of course perhaps but efforts exert need to not one hundreds of people.

The idea is great, but the core thing of your project is crypto apocalypse. If ETH would never go below 100 bucks again and will only raise in price, than I believe you would seriously need to work on your business plan. Just hope that it would not be necessary

Sometimes I search strange cryptocurrency. I know Freicoin (cryptocurrency has 5% demurrage rate yearly), know Vitalik2xcoin(or resembling name) (send 1 coin and smart-contract back you 2x coin), know bomb (destruction 1% coin of every transaction) and other. I search in this forum crypto with fixed percantage fee (but people dont know). And I know about system MakerDAO (Maker and DAI). Who created system - I dont know, but this people are Gods. Really. Cryptocurrency cost 1$. Volatility under volatility usdt. Its greate. But if ethereum cost tomorrow 50$? 10$? 1$? Its unreal, I know, but suddenly. DAI holders sells coins in exchanges. Price down to 0,9...0,8...0,5...0,2...0,05...0,01 usd. Its a trouble.

I dont like this situation. And I want a upgrade this system. MakerDAO has a 6,5-12,5% yearly rate. In usd. I want a down this rate under 1% yearly. I know, how works real economy, sometimes I read article about monetary policy, experience of Central Banks in regulate money supply. Who want a change cryptoworld and help me with smart-contract?
