Yes and here's why. We can't confirm that every translation will be done by hand. We encourage it but the truth is that most likely it won't be. So we're not going to pay translators like we pay Twitter/FB and the likes. It's just the nature of it all.

So .. let me get this straight .. you're paying 500 RQX for a translation of your WP and at the same time you're paying between 200-600 RQX for every Twitter retweet.

You need more information and effort on the campaign.  You need to do a little more work.
