A medical student would be ok too.

I have a long wait to see a vascular specialist for this question, so I figured maybe the smart people around here could help while I wait for my appointment.

Thanks for the support.

I've just spoken to him.
He didn't look at them, but he did say that it's best you speak to your specialist.
Try to find a cancellation appointment.
He said, that only a specialist can give you a true answer. You don't want someone telling you something wrong which can only lead on to problems down the line.
I know how you feel. I myself have waited for biopsy results, and the feeling isn't good.
However, he did say that if it was urgent, arrangements would have been made to get an appointment in very soon after the scan.
Sorry I couldn't be of any more help.
I really do hope all goes well.
Have a merry christmas and a happy and healthy new year Smiley

I can get a medical school student to look at it and offer a possible explanation.
However, as he will recommend, you should go into a surgery/hospital and ask about it in person.
He/She will be able to offer you a more accurate and reliable analysis, especially as trained professionals in that area.

Good luck. Hope all ends up well.

Request is to confirm these CT images do or don't suggest Posterior Nutcracker Syndrome.

Bounty of 0.3 BTC to the first qualified doctor, radiologist, or medical student who can do this and provide an explanation.

Images series of CT angiogram 2.5mm: http://imgur.com/a/AoLk7#0

It is possible to provide a DICOM file if other images are needed.

Symptoms: Dull throbbing with painful burning and aching in left side of abdomen, left pelvis, and left testicle that is aggravated by any physical activity.

Physical findings: Left retro-aortic renal vein. Varicocele of left testicle. Swollen varicose veins on left leg and left pelvis. Prominent gastricsplenic collateral veins, enlarged portal vein, and a swollen spleen. Nausea/vomiting with weight loss. Functional blockage of 3rd portion of duodenum by SMA.

Let me know if you can do this, I will appreciate knowing what you think these images show.
