Yes, but you can not use the brand of a product to make your own money, even if it is not an ICO. Maybe I'm wrong but it's not right in my opinion.Another question , to destribute all the bounty you need at least 5 years and you hold all coin in your hand! Well ,to be a safe project you should use an escrow, no one has guarantees that when the project has attracted a good number of investors you sell all the remaining coins. Do i make sense what i say?
